Small and mid-size carriers in Brazil receive freight-quote requests by WhatsApp, e-mail and web forms, all day. Someone builds each price by hand from spreadsheets.
The answer is slow, and a slow answer loses the load.

Reads the request
A quote request arrives by WhatsApp, e-mail or web form. The agent extracts origin, destination, cargo and deadline.

It prices the load from the carrier's own tables and rules and replies in about a minute, in the customer's channel.

Logs it, asks when unsure
The quote is recorded in the carrier's CRM or TMS. Anything unusual goes to a person for approval before it is sent.
